Our Call Centers
Our phone-in Call Center is the hub of our customer service. It functions twenty four hours a day, seven days a week, answering all questions on the phone. We have specialized Call Centers for Cellcom Business and BlackBerry Customers. There is also a special help desk division for government and major corporate projects. Our Call Center team members ensure that we attend to and resolve all customer issues promptly and efficiently, from information and inquiries, to requests or complaints.
